Automatic door seals lower as the door is closed effectively sealing the gap under the door and protecting against fire, smoke, heat, cold, rain and noise. They are morticed into the bottom of the door and are hidden when the door is open. Other types of seal for larger gaps or face fit versions are available.

Double actuation seal for use on single doors and the first opening leaf of a pair of doors with a single actuation seal on the inactive leaf. Reversible, actuation on both the hinge side and lock side ensures the seal drops evenly and provides a better seal.
For gaps up to 14mm.
