Single point push pad latch for use on a single door (timber or metal) or the active leaf of a pair of rebated doors.
Comprises a mechanism and a push pad with photoluminescent insert.
Standard devices suit doors up to 2585mm high.
Supplied with strikers for timber or metal doors as standard - strikers for PVCu available separately
Available with a dogging (hold-back) facility however this should not be used on fire/smoke door assemblies but fine for escape doors
Micro-switch can be fitted in the mechanism this allows the door to be fitted to equipment that monitors the door status. If required state when ordering.
Optional outside access devices are available to provide entry from outside

Specification Information
Emergency exit devices with push pad can be fitted in offices and other buildings where the occupants are familiar with their surroundings and where they know where the exits are and where the emergency exit hardware is fitted. In these situations a panic situation in unlikely to develop. PH352 single point push pad latch is suitable for single timber or metal doors or the active leaf of a pair of rebated doors.
