Strand Hardware’s 2007 Charity Golf Day
A big thank you to everyone who supported the Strand Hardware Charity
Golf Day at Aston Wood Golf Club in July. Many thanks to all the hole
sponsors, customers, suppliers and individuals who donated gifts or
prizes for the day as well as Aston Wood Golf Club for ensuring the
day ran smoothly once again.
We raised an amazing £9000 for the Oncology
Unit at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. This far exceeded our
expectations and could not have been possible without people’s
generosity. We are hoping to repeat the event in 2009 and hope that
we count on everyone’s support once again. If you would like

We have a new member of the Strand Team – John Maynard
is our new Technical Sales Administrator.
John joins us from the Concrete industry which he worked in for
11 years. John has excellent customer service skills and we are sure
that he will ensure that all expectations are exceeded.
